FreeQMS’ CAPA Module is a powerful system that manages to not make any compromises when it comes to complexity while remaining intuitive and easy-to-use. FreeQMS has a user system that lets admins delegate specific access levels and permissions to certain employees - this in turn lets you specify certain CAPA-specific users that will be able to create, edit, or view CAPAs in this module. You can easily create and fill out CAPAs and, also access the vast amount of CAPA Activities that are available - Containment, Root Cause, and Verification, to name a few. Each activity has appropriate fields that can be recorded in detail, and will link correctly to their respective CAPA.
